Bottling

Got up early to watch the second half of the AFL Grand Final.

Here's Charles waiting for me to put the camera down so that we can get on with preparing the bottles.

They're now capped and sitting in the shed. 42 pint bottles. Boy, does it need to mature. We'll leave it for at least a month.
