... 'But while thinking about it it occurred to me that public perception is not unlike a weather system, only it is more chaotic. In any one small space there can be every different opinion mixed together with no visible indication of the reality. Politicians attempt to create gusts or flows of like opinion. A good politician can even create a wind. The whole global climate debate is attempting to create a choriolis of opinion between globally polarised view points. Interestingly, it is all about moving minds.'
