In any one small space there can be every different opinion mixed together with no visible indication of the reality. Politicians attempt to create gusts or flows of like opinion. A good politician can even create a wind. The whole global climate debate is attempting to create a choriolis of opinion between globally polarised view points. Interestingly, it is all about moving minds.'
